Ronni Guggenheim of OneAV drops by the AVNation ISE Studio to discuss how the AV distribution company is uniquely expanding into the global market.
OneAV is established in Germany, where it has been collecting a roster of niche brands — a model that Guggenheims says has been instrumental in crafting how the company has plotted its global expansion.
“We told ourselves that there are many small- and medium-sized dealers, distributors, and individuals in the various countries who have very good access to their markets,” says Guggenheim, who points to France as an example. “So why not take one of these very well networked entities, individuals and allow them to immediately kickstart their business by providing them with distribution in a box.”
It is a unique strategy that sees OneAV taking on the cataloging, marketing, inventory monitoring, logistics and financial prep for these franchisees, allowing them to fully focus on sales and gain traction in their markets.
