In Las Vegas for InfoComm 2022, AVNation’s Rich Fregosa is joined by Scott Krueckberg, the Head of Strategic Alliances at DTEN. Scott reflects on the buzz and excitement of being back in person on the show floor, especially given the face-to-face opportunities it presents for coworkers and consumers alike.

DTEN is unique in that throughout the pandemic, their products supported remote and hybrid work—so their team was equally, if not more, productive than ever. From product design to strategy and more, there was no shortage of tasks to accomplish, but a key part of their business development was still missing: relationships. Here at InfoComm, he’s excited to meet those who he’s spent many “meeting minutes” with but has never gotten to know in real life.

One of DTEN’s main goals is to be a complete platform vendor solution for hybrid work, remote work, and return to work. They strive to create products that support those setups, empowering inclusivity, meeting equity, and powerful collaboration tools no matter where customers are. All of their products deliver a high-quality experience regardless of location—they bring modern meeting technology right to a desk in your own home. This includes 4K meeting quality, advanced whiteboarding, content sharing, annotating, and other tools that ensure an improved employee experience from any and all flex spaces. More than just meeting equity, DTEN is committed to collaboration equity and ideation equity.

DTEN approaches its products a little differently than most in terms of use cases. Each of their tools can support a variety of tasks and company-wide needs, and consumers can choose among different sizes and models to complement their unique goals. Scott’s company is setting itself apart by changing the way we think about hybrid work and changing what we expect from the hybrid work environment.
