AVNation’s Brian Heidgerken is on the InfoComm 2022 show floor with Ann Ewoldt, Product Marketing Manager at Chief. Ann is excited to be in Las Vegas for an in-person experience focused on everything that her company has been up to for the last couple of years.
One such innovation is the TiLED Direct View LED Video Wall Mounting System by Chief. As more displays are launched, Chief has been developing new mounts to match the unique quirks of each brand. Although these mounts have many of the benefits of a customized product, Chief sets itself apart by keeping each model in stock and ready for shipping whenever its customers are.
Chief takes pride in having a very modular, easy-to-use design. If a consumer has mounted a display with one Chief product, they can mount a display with any Chief product—it never feels like starting from scratch. Along with the consistency of installation, Chief also offers installation services from a team of engineers. They’re also implementing online services that can visually show customers what their mount will look like, and how to install it.
