Tim Albright is the founder of AVNation and is the driving force behind the AVNation network. He carries the InfoComm CTS, a B.S. from Greenville College and is pursuing an M.S. in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. When not steering the AVNation ship, Tim has spent his career designing systems for churches both large and small, Fortune 500 companies, and education facilities.
Matt started in pro audio video at a very early age, running his first live FOH event at age 12. Matt continued in the industry starting OMEGA Audio Video in 2001, specializing in HOW and professional audio video design and installation. He expanded the services to include residential AV in 2004 and continues to work heavily in both markets. Matt specializes in HOW, live sound, lighting control, home theatre design, control systems, and connected home technologies.
Tucker’s 25 years in audio visual has had him involved with nearly every aspect of the industry. His career has included time as a systems programmer,live events video tech, working on automation for theater, repair tech, managing national support for a major industry manufacture, social media manager, lighting sales, museum and education installations.
Bradford Benn is the back of house web architect for AVNation. He is the digital janitor of the website trying to make things logical and fast for everyone. He has been involved in Audio, Video, Control, and Lighting design and installation for over 20 years. His widespread range of projects stretch from conference rooms to stadiums and from hockey arenas to theme parks. In his spare time he can often be found behind a camera.
Christopher Neto, CTS, is an audiovisual design consultant with AV Helpdesk Inc., a firm specializing in all aspects of AV design, engineering, project management and programming. He has over 15 years in the AV Industry and has worked in various roles such as technician, sales, project management and consultant. Chris is a prolific blogger who also been published in various industry publications worldwide including AV Technology Magazine, Corporate Tech Decisions and Revista IP (Brazil). He currently is a regular contributor for both AVNation and Commercial Integrator.
Dawn fuses her marketing and creative background with her technical savvy to become a leader in the emerging markets of Audio/Visual Systems Integration. Dawn has had over decade of A/V experience and holds a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) designation from InfoComm International. Dawn currently sits on the Membership Committee and the Awards Committee for InfoComm International as well as serving as Membership liaison to Systems Integration Leadership Council (SILC). Dawn was recently named a 2011 Mover & Shaker in the AV Industry by the National Systems Contractors Association. Winner of 2012 Randy Vaughn Founder’s Award from NSCA.
Harry Meade brings his 20 years of audio visual installation and engineering experience to the AVNation team. He holds an Infocomm CTS-D certification, as well as Crestron DMC-E-4K certification along with a number of other AV manufacturer credentials. He is currently the Director of Operations at Net-AV in Hampstead, MD specializing in process development and corporate efficiency. Prior to becoming Director of Operations, he worked as an design engineer in the Federal Government and defense sectors, with an emphasis in Secure VTC and C4ISR applications.
Josh Srago is an AV professional that focuses on education and the global view of how all technology integrates together. He’s spent time working throughout commercial AV and pro audio industries in event production, operating systems for venues, eventually moving to the manufacturing side and in 2013 to integration. He currently works for an A/V integrator in the San Francisco Bay Area as the manager of AV engineering while also writing for various industry publications.
