What started out as a Facebook group has grown into a full-fledged website and resource for people within the AV industry to be educated and grow as integrators, business owners, and more. On this special, we talk to the founder of LAVA (short for Lifting Audio Video Aptitude) Revolution founder and Chief Learning Officer Erica Carroll about how this resource came to be.
