  • Jetbuilt Expands Platform Capabilities with 84 New Enhancements

Jetbuilt Expands Platform Capabilities with 84 New Enhancements

Jetbuilt has announced Launch List #2, introducing 84 new user-requested enhancements across its AV project sales and management platform. The updates are designed to help AV integrators, consultants, and enterprise teams work more efficiently by improving reporting, project management, purchasing, installation, service, and inventory workflows. The enhancements were developed based on feedback gathered from customers through support interactions and industry events such as InfoComm, ISE, and Jetbuilt’s Global User Summit.

The latest release focuses on increasing visibility, flexibility, and operational control throughout the entire project lifecycle. New features include advanced reporting tools, expanded purchasing controls, improved installation and service management capabilities, enhanced stock tracking, and additional customization options. Jetbuilt says the updates reflect the real-world needs of its users and will continue to be rolled out incrementally with transparent progress tracking.

Jetbuilt, the global leader in AV project sales and management software, announces the Launch List #2, a release of 84 user-requested enhancements designed to streamline workflows, strengthen reporting capabilities and optimize projects for audiovisual integrators, consultants and enterprise teams.

Following the strong industry response to the original Launch List rollout, Jetbuilt is continuing the initiative with Launch List #2, reinforcing the company’s long-standing commitment to building alongside its user community. Each enhancement was driven by input from users actively managing projects, purchasing equipment, coordinating installations and supporting service operations. Jetbuilt gathered feedback through ongoing support interactions, as well as in-person conversations at industry events, including InfoComm, ISE and Jetbuilt’s Global User Summit.

The release spans the full Jetbuilt platform, including CRM, quoting, purchasing, installation, service, stock and reporting. Rather than introducing isolated tools, the updates focus on strengthening a single, unified system that supports the entire project lifecycle, from initial lead tracking through long-term service management.

The enhancements in Launch List #2 are focused on five primary areas identified through user feedback, including reporting visibility, project and purchasing control, installation and service workflow efficiency, platform customization, and stock management. The reporting updates include expanded filtering capabilities, enhanced time log detail reporting and project-level work-in-progress visibility, providing users with more granular insight into active operations and historical performance.

The project and purchasing updates introduce greater control over financial and operational variables, including expanded tax rate configuration, margin and markup controls and factor management at the room and change order level. Users can generate additional purchase orders for partially fulfilled items, apply purchasing notes across workflows and select between project and order quantities when generating bills of materials, improving procurement accuracy and flexibility.

Installation and service workflows have been updated with tools designed to support field execution and scheduling. These include the ability to create install tasks at the bundle level and within the mobile app, track time across any project stage and manage scheduling through enhanced calendar functionality. The service updates introduce reporting on frequently serviced items, automated service case creation through external scripts and improved visibility into service activity across projects and assets.

Stock management enhancements expand inventory tracking and operational visibility, including reporting on received and pending items, increased quantity limits and improved item detail visibility within stock workflows. Updates also support adding non-project purchase orders into stock and exporting stock data for external analysis.

Finally, customization updates extend across clients, projects and assets, with the addition of up to eight custom fields across multiple areas of the platform. The additional administrative controls include project activity logs, onboarding visibility for users and expanded filtering options across project and funnel views, allowing teams to tailor the platform to their internal processes.

“Launch List #2 echoes how our users are managing real projects across sales, engineering, installation and service,” said Paul Dexter, chief executive officer and founder of Jetbuilt. “The updates are focused on improving the systems our customers rely on every day, with an emphasis on visibility and efficiency across the entire workflow.”

Each enhancement in Launch List #2 is being rolled out incrementally, with progress tracked publicly to provide users with visibility into development timelines and implementation status. This approach continues Jetbuilt’s model of maintaining transparency between its product roadmap and its user community, allowing customers to monitor updates as they are released.
