VIDA Launches Media Factory: Agentic AI-Powered Workflow Automation for the Digital Media Supply Chain

VIDA has introduced Media Factory, an agentic AI-powered workflow automation engine, at IBC 2025. Integrated into VIDA Content OS, it gives media supply chain teams a drag-and-drop way to build, test, and deploy workflows in hours instead of weeks. With 300+ pre-built connectors and AI integration, it helps automate tasks like ingest, tagging, transcription, compliance checks, and multi-platform delivery.

VIDA, the secure cloud-native media asset management platform, is launching at IBC Show 2025 Media Factory, a drag-and-drop workflow automation engine designed to transform the way media supply chain teams orchestrate their content processes and business systems.

Integrated directly into VIDA Content OS, Media Factory puts intelligent automation in the hands of operations and technology leads. With over 300 pre-built connectors, including support for leading AI agents, teams can build, test, and deploy powerful workflows tailored to their specific business needs. What would have previously taken weeks of custom software development can now be tested and deployed in hours.

At a time when operational teams are being asked to do more with less, delivering to more platforms, working under tighter deadlines, and embracing AI, VIDA Media Factory introduces a smarter, faster way to automate complex workflows using a visual, drag-and-drop interface.
