Draper has introduced the Versa Clarion, a new economical fixed frame projection screen designed for hospitality, education, and other commercial AV environments. Built with a durable 1.5-inch square extruded aluminum frame, the screen delivers strong structural stability while maintaining cost efficiency. It also features 2.75-inch black borders to frame the image and reduce overscan, ensuring clear and professional visual performance.

The Versa Clarion is engineered for easier installation and reduced labor time, helping integrators save on project costs. Compatible with Draper’s flexible projection surfaces, including TecVision materials, it supports various lighting conditions and room layouts and is suitable for ultra-short throw (UST) projection. The Versa Clarion base frame is constructed of 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) square extruded aluminum. That makes it even stronger than other “economical” screens.

The Versa Clarion was designed to be our most economical fixed frame screen. And while the cost of the screen itself is lower, it also saves money post-sale. Our engineers have developed a simple assembly process that requires less labor and less time – which can be a substantial savings, especially on projects with multiple products. Installers can use the provided wall brackets or attach the frame directly to the wall. Surface attachment is achieved with easy-to-use snaps, and 2.75″ black borders nicely frame the image and prevent overscan.
