AVer has launched a new Try & Buy Program that gives AV and IT teams the opportunity to test eligible AVer products in their own meeting rooms, classrooms and professional AV environments before making a purchase. Customers can evaluate solutions for up to 60 days, helping them see how the technology performs with their existing systems, workflows and user needs.
The program covers applications ranging from conference rooms and hybrid meetings to higher education, government, telehealth and broadcast environments. During the evaluation, customers can also get support from AVer’s sales and engineering teams, while those who decide not to purchase can return the equipment using prepaid shipping.
AVer Information Inc., an award-winning provider of video collaboration and education technology solutions, announces its Try & Buy Program, an evaluation initiative that allows organizations to test eligible AVer products in their own environments before making a purchasing decision. Designed to simplify the technology evaluation process, the program provides customers with up to 60 days to assess AVer solutions within their existing meeting rooms, classrooms and professional AV environments.
“Organizations want confidence that the technology they select will perform within their existing environments and meet the needs of their users,” said Ting Chen, VP of Sales and Marketing for AVer Information Inc. USA. “The Try & Buy Program allows customers to evaluate AVer solutions within their own applications before making a purchasing decision, while providing access to our sales and engineering teams throughout the evaluation process.”
Through the Try & Buy Program, AVer provides eligible evaluation equipment for customers to install and test within their intended applications. The program supports evaluations across conference rooms, hybrid meeting rooms, training and lecture rooms, boardrooms, huddle rooms, houses of worship, higher education, government, classrooms, telehealth and broadcast environments.
During the evaluation period, customers have access to AVer’s sales and engineering teams for assistance with product selection, deployment and technical questions. Evaluating solutions within their intended environments allows IT managers, AV professionals, educators and other technology decision-makers to assess performance, compatibility, usability and integration with existing systems and workflows before moving forward with deployment.
Customers may evaluate eligible AVer products for up to 60 days. If a customer elects to purchase the solution following the evaluation, AVer works with an authorized reseller to complete the purchase, with a purchase discount option available through the program. If the customer elects not to purchase the solution, AVer provides prepaid return shipping for the evaluation equipment.
The Try & Buy Program expands AVer’s resources for organizations evaluating collaboration, education and audiovisual technology by providing an opportunity to validate solutions within the environments where they will ultimately be deployed.
