What’s In A Name?
What started as a humble discussion during the weekly #AVintheAM weekly chats spiraled into the show we have today. Joining us this month is Audio Video Experience Manager for Iowa State University Mike Pedersen, Senior Solutions Engineer at Mechdyne Aaron Peterson and BrightTree Studios President & CEO Bill McIntosh. We’re here to ask the seemingly simple question: What makes an AV engineer? Is it mere semantics or do we need to have specific qualifications to be considered an engineer in the AV industry? We look at the work involved with designing a space with AV in mind and where the line falls.
