    At ISE 2026, Matrox Video will showcase new AV-over-IP capabilities that make ProAV systems more flexible, efficient, and easier to manage. Celebrating 50 years of innovation, the company will demonstrate a fully interoperable AV-over-IP ecosystem at booth 5E390, featuring video walls, IP KVM extenders, gateways, encoders, and decoders working together in real time. A key highlight is the latest update to the Matrox Mura DVW video wall platform, which introduces live previews, improved source management, and faster reconfiguration for environments where real-time visibility and control are critical.

    The showcase also emphasizes Matrox Video’s commitment to open standards such as SMPTE ST 2110, IPMX, and NMOS, enabling seamless integration across diverse IT and AV workflows. From higher-resolution IP KVM with Avio 2 to flexible encoding and protocol conversion with ConvertIP, Vion, and Maevex, Matrox Video demonstrates how IT teams can scale, adapt, and future-proof AV-over-IP deployments without redesigning their infrastructure.

    As Matrox Video marks its 50th year of innovation, the company will use ISE 2026 to showcase the latest advancements across its AV-over-IP ecosystem, highlighting new capabilities designed to improve flexibility, operational efficiency, and real-time control in ProAV environments. At booth 5E390, Matrox Video will demonstrate a range of technologies including video wall appliances, IP KVM extenders, IP video gateways, graphics and capture cards, and encoders and decoders, working together within a live, interoperable ecosystem.

    Central to these demonstrations is the latest evolution of Matrox Mura DVW, an IP-based 4K distributed video wall appliance. New Mura DVW 1.02 and 1.03 enhancements on display at ISE introduce capabilities aimed at reducing operational friction and improving situational awareness. These updates include live preview of IP and web sources, EDID management, audio decoding, and OEM customization. Together, these updates allow operators to preview, switch, and reconfigure layouts faster and with greater confidence, supporting dynamic environments where real-time decisions matter. A live 5×3 4K video wall driven by multiple Mura DVW systems will display synchronized content from across the booth, making it immediately clear how diverse sources can be visualized within a single, cohesive canvas.

    Open standards remain a foundational element of Matrox Video’s approach, strengthening interoperability and enabling best-of-breed workflows. Across the booth, many Matrox Video devices are built on open standards such as SMPTE ST 2110, IPMX, and NMOS. Among these is Matrox Avio 2, the world’s first open standards-based, IPMX/ST 2110 IP KVM extender. At ISE 2026, Matrox Video will highlight Avio 2’s newly added support for resolutions up to 5K, accommodating applications that require higher resolutions. Avio 2 will be demonstrated alongside Matrox ConvertIP, showing how uncompressed and compressed streams can be switched, monitored, and routed seamlessly depending on workflow requirements. These demonstrations emphasize how operators can balance image quality, latency, and bandwidth without redesigning systems, enabling greater flexibility as needs evolve.

    Additional demonstrations highlight Matrox Video IP video gateway devices, including Matrox ConvertIP DSH and Matrox Vion, showing how flexible encoding, decoding, and bridging capabilities help users adapt IP video workflows across a wide range of environments. By supporting open standards, offering comprehensive protocol conversion, and delivering high-performance options, these devices support reliable deployment across on-premises systems, multi-site environments, and cloud-based video workflows.

    Completing the ecosystem, Matrox Maevex Series encoders and decoders provide efficient H.264 and H.265 streaming and recording, supplying live sources into the broader AV-over-IP workflow while supporting ultra-low-latency distribution at reduced bandwidth.

    Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026 has announced Matt Clark, founder of United Visual Artists (UVA), as its Creative Keynote speaker. Known for blending art, technology, and architecture, Clark will share how digital tools like light, code, sound, and motion can transform buildings into immersive experiences. His keynote will encourage technology professionals to rethink how creativity and engineering can work together to shape modern environments.

    In his session, Clark will take audiences behind the scenes of Hidden Order, a large-scale façade mapping created for Barcelona’s Casa Batlló just ahead of ISE 2026. He will explain the full journey, from concept and system design to technical delivery, showing how real-world constraints, collaboration, and technology-driven workflows turn complex creative ideas into reality. The talk aligns closely with ISE 2026’s theme, “Push Beyond,” highlighting innovation at the intersection of IT, AV, and digital experiences.

    Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) is proud to unveil Matt Clark, the renowned British artist and visionary founder of United Visual Artists (UVA), as the Creative Keynote speaker for ISE 2026. Celebrated for his pioneering work which combines art, technology, and architecture, Clark seamlessly fuses light, code, sound, and choreography to create stunning artworks at leading cultural institutions and major public venues worldwide. Bringing his signature ingenuity and bold thinking to the stage, Clark’s keynote will challenge audiences to push boundaries and rethink the relationship between art, technology, and the built environment at ISE 2026.

    Taking place on Tuesday 3 February, 15:30- 16:15, in Room CC4.1, Clark will present his keynote ‘Hidden Order: Building a Performance-led Mapping at Casa Batlló, from Concept to Implementation’. This inspiring session will offer a rare, behind-the-scenes look at ‘Hidden Order’, the stunning façade mapping commissioned and produced by Casa Batlló in collaboration with UVA, scheduled for 31 January and 1 February, just before ISE 2026 begins.

    The commissioned artwork, ‘Hidden Order’, marks the 5th edition of Casa Batlló’s annual mapping, presented free to the people of Barcelona and established as one of the city’s most significant cultural events. It utilises the building as both subject and instrument, with the purpose of taking Gaudí’s radical legacy even further through inspiration and reinterpretation, drawing inspiration from Gaudí’s relationship with geometry and nature. Through light, motion, and sound, the façade is deconstructed and recomposed, with choreography and human movement serving as integral compositional elements. The work navigates the boundaries between figuration and abstraction, and between the human and the architecture, whilst responding to real-world constraints that shape both its visual language and technical design.

    Clark’s keynote will serve as a case study of the Casa Batlló commission, from first impressions and concept through research, prototyping, content systems, technical design, show control, and onsite delivery. He will outline how UVA translates architectural logic into a controllable visual system, collaborating with a diverse team of technical artisans and specialists to carry the work from studio tests to realisation, and demonstrating how constraints ultimately shape the composition.

    ‘Hidden Order’ extends into Casa Batlló’s newly opened second-floor gallery, evolving into ‘Beyond the Façade’, a five-month site-specific exhibition that opens on 31 January and offers visitors an immersive experience of Clark’s work. This unique space within the iconic building provides an opportunity to explore the artistic process behind the mapping in depth, combining light, motion, and technology to reflect on the cycles of life and the interplay between human presence and architecture, allowing visitors to see themselves reflected in the work.
