All projects start with an idea. Something in mind for a space that can only be done by integrators and those with the knowledge of AV products. But in order to make those dreams a reality, one must have a scope of work to outline what’s going to be involved in a project.

Today we are joined as always by Principal of Fregosa Design Rich Fregosa as well as Owner of Omega Audio Video & host of our own show ResiWeek Matt Scott and President & Lead Developer for ICS Plus Bernard Morgan to discuss what a scope of work should look like for a project. What’s the most effective means to draft up a scope of work and avoid potential project creep? We also look at how to properly convey the details of those sight lines to the client and ensure that they are getting exactly what they signed up for.
