The AV industry has a massive potential for careers as technology continues to evolve and integrate into daily life. However, there are still so many people not aware of this space, and a majority of those within in seemed to have “fallen in” rather than actively seek out a career in AV. While we have plenty of education internally for integrators and installers, how do we bring people in to see the potential of AV?
