DCC Technology, known publicly as Exertis, has announced the acquisition of Almo Corporation in North America. This is a move that shows a strategy for Exertis to expand their international scale in Pro AV. Today we sit down with CEO Warren Chaiken from Almo and Extertis Managing Director Clive Fitzharris to discuss the significance of this acquisition for the North American market and what it means for both companies moving forward.
