For over thirty years, Randy Klein was deeply involved with the AV industry through Crestron, having served 8 of those years as their President and CEO. He stepped down in July of 2021, with all intent to retire. But just when he thought he was out, the industry pulled him back in. It was just recently announced that Klein would be joining the Hardware-as-a-Service solution company Xyte as a member of their Advisory Board. We sit down with Randy to talk about why he returned to AV, and what this move will mean for Xyte and the HaaS space moving forward.
