Digital Signage Expo has been cancelled. Not postponed, fully cancelled. In addition, Exponation has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. What does this mean for the digital signage space in the AV industry? In addition, as this pandemic continues, are we going to possibly see more shows like this end permanently? What can we do to continue the live event space? Discussing the possibilities and where this industry can focus to continue to stay connected in the same way as when we meet up for trade shows.
Speaking of virtual events, Almo is continuing their Almo E4v Experience for the fall season. The show jumped from in person regional events to the virtual space in May and now is shaping up for a multi-day fall event. AVNation is involved as well with content involving the AV industry’s role as we continue in this day and age. What can AV do for companies as we get back into the office?
