Work The Damn Show
InfoComm is coming up. ISE and CES is just around the corner! Why not be prepared by getting the latest news coming out of the residential side of the AV industry? Joining us to do just that is CEO and Boss Lady of Integration Controls Jamie Briesemeister and KMB Communications CEO Katye McGregor-Bennett.
Registrations for Integrated Systems Europe 2022 are now open, with the event set to take place February 1-4 in Barcelona, Spain. Managing Director Mike Blackman assures that the show will offer the industry a worthwhile experience showcasing innovative solutions. Last year was supposed to be the kickoff of ISE being in Barcelona rather than Amsterdam but situations changed and turned from 4 regional shows across Europe to 2. Is it still too early for those in the US to be looking at international travel? Speaking of large scale shows and comparing it to regional events, could there be benefits to a smaller show compared to this level of event for integrators? Looking at what might be down the road for ISE and shows like it.
The Women in Consumer Technology (WiCT) organization has opened up their nomination calls for the 2022 Legacy Awards. We discuss the importance of these awards not just for the recipient, but what it means to be lifting each other up in the industry and for the future of AV.
