Red Letter Marketing

Start off your month right with the latest news from the residential side of the AV industry. Joining us to discuss these stories is Jeremy Glowacki from Residential Tech Today and Steve Greenblatt from Control Concepts & host of our own A State of Control.

We open up with a quick mention that registration for CEDIA Expo 2024 is open! That’s it. If you’re interested in the world of custom integration and the residential space at large, CEDIA Expo is one of the best shows to learn about new solutions, training courses and more.

Parks Associates says that half of US households are watching streaming services that use ads to support them. While paid streaming options are still the main content source, there are some free ad-supported services that are being utilized on smart tvs and mobile devices. What does this mean for integrators who are installing these systems?

Crestron is committing to sustainability initiative. This is in part from their partnership with Sustainability in AV, or SAVe. Crestron has been finding ways within its company to reduce their carbon footprint and minimize their environmental impact. Is this something that other companies should be looking to strive towards?

Henry Clifford is back to ask a simple question: Do you have a content calendar? It’s only right that we look at this at the very beginning of the month and see what your marketing team has cooked up for the coming season. What’s the best way to get a campaign going?
