Back in March we set out to turn International Women’s Day into an entire month of celebrating and hearing the stories of the women in the AV industry. It garnered such a positive response that instead of delegating one month to it, we decided to make it into a regular series. We are here to talk to the women within the AV industry and hear their experiences within AV.

Today we are joined by Samantha Potter, an Audio Engineer and “Install Empress” for Allen & Heath. We discuss how she got into the AV industry, working with audio for houses of worship, the challenges of getting systems online in the midst of a pandemic and much more.
