CEDIA cancels March and April Tech Summits

The four summits in California and Texas will be rescheduled in light of coronavirus concerns

CEDIA would like to express our concern for everyone impacted by the COVID-19 coronavirus. After close monitoring of ongoing developments and recent reports from public health officials nationally and locally, CEDIA has decided to cancel the following Tech Summits:

Woodland Hills, CA – March 31, 2020
Irvine, CA – April 2, 2020
Dallas, TX – April 14, 2020
Houston, TX  – April 16, 2020

The health and safety of our staff and anyone planning to attend our events is of the utmost importance to CEDIA. As such, we believe this is the most prudent action to take at this time. CEDIA is working with venues to reschedule the Texas and California events and will communicate new dates as they are confirmed.

CEDIA is closely monitoring and following the travel and safety advice and precautions recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as by relevant government health agencies at a regional and local level.

As of today, the remaining 2020 Tech Summits will take place as scheduled. This situation is very fluid right now and should a cancellation or a reschedule need to occur, we will notify all relevant participants and attendees.
