SurgeX to host virtual jam session, Tech Tuesdays online education

Starting next week and continuing through May, dealers and integrators can work on CTS and CEU credit

SurgeX has unveiled Tech Tuesdays, with the availability of its AVIXA and CEDIA courses online. Starting next week and continuing through May, dealers and integrators can work on CTS and CEU credit. SurgeX is also taking song requests for its Virtual Jam Session on April 16 at 4 p.m. ET, with a live guitar set. 

Tech Tuesdays 
SurgeX courses will be offered online on Tuesdays, from April 21 to May 26. Integrators can take SurgeX’s AVIXA course, “Building a Strong AC Power Foundation for your AV System,” at 11 a.m. ET each week for CTS credit. Residential dealers can join the CEDIA course on Tuesdays at 2 p.m. ET for CEU credits, learning “How power can derail your system and impede performance.”

Virtual Jam Sessions 
SurgeX invites integrators to kick back, grab a drink, and join them for a virtual Jam Session on April 16 at 4 p.m. ET. SurgeX Senior Sales Engineer Vince Luciani will be playing guitar and taking song requests.

The SurgeX team will also be taking power questions, and Vince intends to play a few rounds of the game “Will It Blow?”, to test out some old appliances on the popular “Big Bertha” testing unit.
