Pro Control adds free iPhone and iPad App

SHAKOPEE, Minn. — RTI®, a leading control and automation manufacturer, announced a major update to its Pro Control® line of home control products. The new version 1.6 of the Pro Control Studio® wizard-based software now includes a free, single-device ProPanel mobile app license with every R Series or Z Series processor purchased, particularly important for integrators in the market for a new single-room solution.

“Since 2011, Pro Control has provided integrators with an exceptional single-room control solution, delivering the advanced features they require at the price their customers want,” said RTI US Sales Director Jim Koenig. “Now, with a free ProPanel license with every processor purchased, Pro Control’s value proposition has never been sweeter. Like our recently updated R Series user interface, version 1.6 of our Pro Control Studio software is part of our continuing commitment to professional integrators, providing them with every reason to make Pro Control their go-to solution for single-room systems.”

Available on the Pro Control dealer site, Pro Control Studio guides integrators through the process of setting up single-room or whole-home systems, making them as easy to install as they are for users to enjoy. The extensive Pro Control IR library works with virtually every AV device — auto-programmed to enable system set-up in minutes — and continuously grows with support for new ones. Version 1.6 of the software allows integrators to offer even more value to their customers by providing an intuitive control experience on their iPad® or iPhone® at no additional cost.
