Jetbuilt will introduce its latest initiative, Project Platform for Everyone, featuring the new Portal enhancement at InfoComm 2024 to improve communication and collaboration within the AV industry. The Portal is designed to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, and break down traditional silos among project stakeholders, ensuring more efficient and high-quality project delivery. This initiative underscores Jetbuilt’s commitment to innovation and supporting the diverse needs of AV professionals, ultimately enhancing the overall project management experience.

Jetbuilt, the global leader in AV project sales and management software, will showcase its latest initiative, Project Platform for Everyone, with its latest enhancement, Portal, at InfoComm 2024, taking place from June 12–14, 2024, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Portal, designed to streamline communication with clients, adds another resource to foster collaboration among project stakeholders, including manufacturers, consultants, dealers, vendors and end-users.

Known for its powerful proposal generation and comprehensive 360-degree project management, Jetbuilt’s platform delivers multifaceted capabilities to sell, manage and support projects quickly and efficiently. At InfoComm 2024, Jetbuilt will usher in a new era of enhanced communication and collaboration by introducing new features and enhancements to its user-friendly platform. Drawing from years of experience in the custom installation and professional AV industry, Jetbuilt recognizes the critical importance of improved cross-professional communication. By breaking down the traditional silos that separate professionals and providing a standardized tool for communication, Jetbuilt’s platform aims to streamline processes and eliminate unnecessary hurdles, ultimately ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality audiovisual systems to end-users.

“Jetbuilt’s Project Platform for Everyone emphasizes our commitment to fostering collaboration and communication among all project stakeholders within the audiovisual industry,” said Paul Dexter, founder and chief executive officer for Jetbuilt. “Our platform is crafted to meet the unique needs of a broad spectrum of professionals within our industry, including small to large businesses across a variety of different roles. As a result, we will continue introducing new enhancements throughout the upcoming year to amplify our latest initiative. We look forward to showcasing the Project Platform for Everyone and the latest feature, Portal, at InfoComm 2024!”

At InfoComm 2024, Jetbuilt will showcase the latest layer of its Project Platform for Everyone initiative, Portal. Jetbuilt’s Portal streamlines communication for integrators, enabling easy sharing of project status, drawings, equipment manuals and more. Integrators can update project status across phases like contract, engineering and installation, reducing client inquiries. Clients can engage fluidly, tracking multiple projects via the Portal and validating tasks during installation with uploaded images. The Portal is a central repository for project assets, including serial numbers and IP addresses, accessible to clients anytime. With all data already in Jetbuilt, integrators avoid redundant entry, granting clients controlled access. This eliminates double entry, providing clients with a 24/7 resource. Following the completion of a project, clients can initiate service requests within the Portal, automating ticketing and enabling seamless updates, discussions and resolution tracking.

Jetbuilt will celebrate its latest initiative, Project Platform for Everyone, alongside 10 years of innovation at its upcoming birthday party at InfoComm 2024. Join Jetbuilt on Wednesday, June 12 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm PT at Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino with cocktails, hors d’euvres and giveaways. Register to attend jetbuilt.com/10-year/.

Visit Jetbuilt in booth C5637 at InfoComm 2024 from June 12–14, 2024, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
