With all data already in Jetbuilt, integrators avoid redundant entry, granting clients controlled access. This eliminates double entry, providing clients with a 24/7 resource. Following the completion of a project, clients can initiate service requests within the Portal, automating ticketing and enabling seamless updates, discussions and resolution tracking.
