Women-Led Companies Shine in PSNI’s “Best Places to Work in AV” Awards

PSNI Global Alliance has announced the winners of its “Best Places to Work in AV” awards, with two women-led companies, PCC and ClarkPowell, leading the way. PCC, headed by Samantha Haun, was recognized as the top workplace for organizations with fewer than 50 employees, while ClarkPowell, led by Kathi Cline, took the title for larger companies with over 50 employees. This year’s survey included feedback from over 2,500 employees across PSNI’s global network of AV technology integrators, highlighting key factors such as leadership, workplace culture, and employee satisfaction.

The recognition of PCC and ClarkPowell underscores the importance of strong leadership and positive workplace environments in the AV industry. PSNI’s awards not only celebrate these companies but also set a standard for organizational excellence within the sector. By prioritizing collaboration, growth, and employee engagement, both companies have demonstrated what it means to be true leaders in the AV space. PSNI continues to champion workplace culture and employee well-being through initiatives like this, helping the industry grow stronger together.

PSNI Global Alliance, the world’s leading network of premier AV technology integrators and service providers, is proud to announce this year’s winners of its prestigious “Best Places to Work in AV” awards: PCC and ClarkPowell. Notably, both organizations are women-led, marking an inspiring milestone in the program’s seven-year history.

PCC, led by Samantha Haun, was recognized as the top workplace for organizations with under 50 employees, while ClarkPowell, under the leadership of Kathi Cline, earned the title for companies with over 50 employees.

More than 2,500 employees from PSNI’s Certified Solution Provider (CSP) network—spanning over 65 countries—participated in the annual survey. The results evaluate key workplace factors including culture, leadership, growth opportunities, and overall employee satisfaction.

“We’re thrilled to recognize two outstanding women-led organizations with this year’s awards,” said Chris Miller, Executive Director of PSNI Global Alliance. “Their leadership exemplifies what it means to foster a positive, engaging workplace where employees feel valued and connected. People are at the heart of any successful organization, and PCC and ClarkPowell have set the standard for excellence.”

For ClarkPowell, this year’s recognition builds on its legacy of workplace excellence, having previously earned the award in multiple years. “We are deeply honored to once again earn this incredible distinction,” said Kathi Cline, President of ClarkPowell. “At ClarkPowell, our commitment to collaboration and growth is at the heart of everything we do, and we strive to ensure every team member feels valued and supported. This recognition from PSNI is a testament to the extraordinary dedication, passion, and teamwork that define our organization. We couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved together.”

Samantha Haun, President and majority owner of PCC, echoed the sentiment: “This award is a reflection of our incredible team and the culture we’ve built together. Supporting, motivating, and trusting one another is at the core of what we do, and this acknowledgment will continue to inspire us as we move forward. We’re deeply grateful to PSNI for this honor.”

PSNI’s “Best Places to Work in AV” awards are not just a celebration of winning companies—they serve as a benchmark for the entire AV industry, highlighting the impact of strong leadership, employee engagement, and positive workplace culture.
