Crestron Electronics has officially joined the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), expanding its capabilities in workplace technology and enterprise collaboration. MDEP, built on the Android Open Source Project (AOSP), allows device manufacturers and developers to create secure, innovative solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. This move strengthens Crestron’s commitment to delivering integrated, secure, and manageable devices for modern workplaces.

By leveraging Microsoft’s enterprise-grade security and management standards, Crestron aims to develop specialized solutions that enhance AV integration, meeting room experiences, and IT management. According to Crestron’s EVP of Global Marketing, Brad Hintze, this collaboration will ensure seamless compatibility and innovation.
