Audinate has introduced Dante Preset Creator, a new free online tool designed to simplify offline configuration for Dante audio networks. Working alongside Dante Controller, the tool allows AV and IT professionals to prepare network settings in advance, even before hardware is connected or installed. Once the equipment is ready, users can import the presets directly into Dante Controller for faster deployment and easier setup.
The new tool helps streamline on-site configuration by allowing selective application of settings while preserving any existing network changes. According to Audinate, Dante Preset Creator was developed in response to requests from the Dante user community, offering a more efficient and flexible workflow for audio network planning and management.
Audinate, the creator of the Dante® audio networking platform, today announced the launch of Dante Preset Creator. A companion to Dante Controller, Dante Preset Creator is a free online tool to help users configure network settings prior to setting up hardware.
When hardware is available and ready for configuration, presets generated by Dante Preset Creator can be imported into Dante Controller and applied to the network. Settings can be applied selectively, ensuring any existing configuration changes are maintained.
