When a corporate production spans four rooms at once, fills a 5,000-seat venue or calls for LED to become part of the scenic environment, having enough inventory is only part of the equation. Production teams also need technology that can adapt to the creative demands of each event.
For Creative Day Technologies, that need has driven a significant expansion of its AbsenLive rental inventory. The company added 337.5 square meters of NT2.6 Pro V2 in May 2026, an investment that is already supporting large-scale corporate and live event productions across the country. Creative Day Technologies has now expanded its Absen offerings again with the addition of 12 PO Pro V2 Series LED poster displays.
The NT2.6 Pro V2 inventory includes 600 500 x 1000mm panels, 100 500 x 500mm panels and 50 500 x 500mm cube panels, along with ground and flown support. By combining multiple panel formats within the same platform, Creative Day Technologies can move between traditional LED walls, curved displays and dimensional scenic elements as production requirements change.
That flexibility has already been put to work.
For a recent large-scale corporate event, Creative Day Technologies deployed the new inventory across four simultaneous rooms, incorporating both flat and curved LED walls throughout the production. At another corporate event in Las Vegas, the team used three large LED walls as well as three-sided LED pillars positioned along the entrance to the ballroom.
Another Las Vegas production tested the scale of the inventory in a different way. Inside a 5,000-seat room, Creative Day Technologies deployed every NT2.6 Pro V2 panel in its new fleet.
“Once our team saw the product hands-on, the weight, universal ground and flown support, along with the ability to build custom designs and the internal curving, fit the needs and demands that our projects require,” said Chris Thauvette, General Manager of Creative Day Technologies. “Absen’s NT product line made the decision to make this significant investment easy for Creative Day Technologies. We look forward to a long and continuously growing partnership with Absen.”
The range of applications reflects the different demands Creative Day Technologies encounters from one production to the next. One project may require a large-format backdrop, while another calls for multiple breakout environments or LED integrated directly into the scenic design. Building inventory that can adapt across those applications gives the team more freedom to respond to each creative vision while maintaining a familiar platform for its crews.
Creative Day Technologies is already building on that investment. In September, the company added 12 PO Pro V2 Series LED poster displays, giving its team a mobile display option for entrances, branded environments, signage and other applications throughout an event.
“Our team went to InfoComm this year looking at LED posters. When we saw the Absen PO Pro V2 Series, we knew we had found what we were looking for,” said Thauvette. “The 1.8mm pixel pitch, the ability to seamlessly link six posters together and the option to fold them for double-sided signage checked every box for us. Having these as part of our offerings alongside the NT2.6 Pro V2 allows us to offer our clients even more creative options.”
With 12 PO Pro V2 Series displays now in its inventory, Creative Day Technologies can create two approximately 16:9 LED walls using six displays per configuration, or deploy the units individually across a production.
“Creative Day Technologies is a great example of how production teams are thinking more strategically about their LED inventory,” said Emily Chan, President of Absen Inc. “Their NT Pro V2 investment gives them the scale and flexibility to support complex event environments, while the addition of the PO Pro V2 Series creates even more possibilities for incorporating LED throughout an event. We’re proud to support Creative Day Technologies as they continue expanding what they can offer their clients.”
With its expanded AbsenLive inventory, Creative Day Technologies has additional resources to support multi-room AV production, large-scale LED environments, branded spaces and custom display configurations. The investment strengthens the company’s ability to match its technology to the needs of each project while supporting corporate and live event production nationwide.
