Remote monitoring and troubleshooting

RTI shows off their remote monitoring system, RTIQ. This provides residential and commercial integrators the ability to monitor, maintain, and remotely fix issues in a client’s system. CI dealers can create custom actions depending on the device that is in the system. RTIQ does not tunnel into the network but connects to RTI’s cloud application so the system is more secure than creating a VPN or other connection into the system.
