Rosie Riveters aims to empower young women to pursue careers in the STEM field. Last year, they managed to raise $35,000 for programs. We sit down with Erica Carroll and Jennifer Goodyer to discuss the opportunities made possible by Rosie Riveters and what the AV industry can do to get involved and support those girls and women passionate about the STEM space.
