To that end, CEDIA has released their NextGen Smart Home Career Toolkit, aimed at employers within the AV industry looking to engage new talent.
We sit down with CEDIA CEO Daryl Friedman and Vice President of Education & Training Mandy Beckner to discuss the pathways into AV for new talent. We also look at the value of certification and education in the residential space, and where this project is looking to go in the coming year.
