I Love It When A Plan Comes Together
In the past year due to COVID-19, many events that were supposed to take place in the physical space have moved onto virtual pastures. One such show was AVIXA’s InfoComm, going from taking place in Las Vegas to being transformed into InfoComm Connected. This was no easy feat, especially since the team only had two months to make this switch. On this episode, we talk to several members of AVIXA about what went into making this virtual event a success. We are joined by Senior Director of Marketing Barbara Blaskowksky, Senior Vice President of Events and Expositions Rochelle Richardson, and Director of Content Development Annette Sandler to discuss the hurdles faced in creating a virtual event and what features we can bring into a hybrid version of this when we are able to get back together.
