More Than A Meeting

Forget about Zoomtopia (but don’t actually because we’re going to discuss it), we’ve got host-topia right here! The name is still being workshopped. But indeed, in addition to host of many shows on our site Tim Albright, we also have A State of Control’s Steve Greenblatt and the newly minted IT Factor (previously the IT AV Show) Frank Paidikkala to talk about all the latest news coming out of the commercial side of the AV industry.

As previously mentioned, Zoomtopia happened this week, showcasing a wealth of new and upcoming features for the unified communications software. Just as the title implies, this is growing to be quite a large platform for businesses and consumers alike. What does this mean for the UC space? Where can we go from here?

Speaking of the UC space, NDI Technologies is integrating with Microsoft Teams. This will allow Teams users to have separate sources for the functionalities like Together Mode, screen sharing and more. What else could this partnership between Teams and NDI bring as we move forward? Discussing the future of this integration.

Peerless-AV has gained ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation and Certification. What all these numbers and acronyms mean is that Peerless has enhanced environmental performances and reduced their footprint in their solutions. Looking at the public perception of businesses that strive for environmental standards of this caliber.
