Confidence in a metaverse platform is waning due to cuts from big businesses. Samsung has opened a new online store for business-to-business customers. While only in Germany right now, this will extend to 30 countries across the world. What does it mean for an integrator if the client can just go straight to the manufacturer and get what they want? Looking at how this will impact the AV industry as a whole.
