Chyron Partners with Matrox Video for IBC 2026

Chyron is partnering with Matrox Video at IBC 2026 to demonstrate how open, standards-based IP technology can make broadcast and live production workflows more flexible. The partnership will feature Matrox Avio 2 IP KVM extenders alongside Chyron’s range of live graphics, replay, virtual production, sports tracking, newsroom, weather, and other production solutions.

Avio 2 allows operators to access and control centralized production systems while making it easier to move between demonstrations and share equipment. With support for IPMX, SMPTE ST 2110, and NMOS, the solution is designed to integrate into modern broadcast IP environments, giving broadcasters a scalable and interoperable approach to production system management.

Chyron announced today its partnership with Matrox Video, a provider of Pro AV and broadcast technologies, for key presentations at IBC 2026.

Numerous Chyron solutions are on display at booth 7. A23, including live to air graphics, HTML graphics, illustrated replay, virtual placement, weather presentations, venue display control, sports tracking, desktop-to-air tools, newsroom integration, maps and charts creation, and virtual sets. Chyron is utilizing multiple Matrox Avio 2 IP KVM extenders to enable seamless transitions from one demonstration to another, fully utilizing booth space and demo equipment. Designed for broadcast and live production environments, Avio 2 gives operators responsive access to production systems while allowing those systems to remain centralized and shared. Support for IPMX, SMPTE ST 2110, and NMOS enables Avio 2 to integrate into standards-based broadcast IP environments rather than operating as a separate KVM infrastructure.
