9 to 5 was not just one of Dolly Parton’s biggest hit singles and theme to a 1985 comedy, it was the standard working procedure for almost every job. But the COVID-19 pandemic changed many dynamics, including the culture change of working from home, going from something that was feared by businesses for worker productivity to being the safest approach to keeping your business running and your employees safe. Now as businesses start to get back to the office in stages, is this working from home phase just a phase?
