For ten years, SCN has looked through the AV industry to find and induct the most influential people into their Hall of Fame. We’ve taken the time to sit down with each of them to discuss their journey through the industry and what AV means to them.

Although Joe Pham had his sights set at music stardom, he was always drawn to the technical side of audio. He obtained his PhD in electrical engineering at UCLA and even was a professor for a period before joining QSC as their chief strategy and technology officer in 2004. Due to his love of music, it wasn’t long before he climbed the corporate ladder and eventually became the CEO and president of the company in 2010. We discuss where this industry is at compared to others in the technology space, what QSC is doing for AV, and a look at what’s in store for the industry moving ahead.
