As of 2022, women only make up 28% of the tech industry workforce. That number has to be even smaller when we focus on the AV industry, considering the amount of people who just seem to “fall into” AV. So how do we not only bring more diversity into our industry, but make it an intentional and viable option for the next generation of the workforce?
