Live From ISE 2023, It’s XR Star

Do not adjust your set. Despite XR Star being a show all about extended reality and the ways that we can use the virtual space for AV, we have set up in the physical world for an in-person interview. That’s because we are at Integrated Systems Europe 2023, returning to Barcelona for the second time. We are joined by Sebasitan Leske, Product Marketing Manage for Broadcast & Cinematography for Sony.

Virtual production has been making waves within cinema, weaving together computer-generated graphics and content to a stage in real-time. Rather than using a traditional chroma keyed background to manage these features in post-production, virtual productions add a layer of authenticity for actors within the stage itself. We discuss how virtual productions are changing the scope of media and how extended reality fits into that equation.
