Serb acquires back from Panasonic

Martinez, CA – Pro Media Audio & Video has been acquired from Panasonic North America by the original founder, Andrew Serb, leading a group of private partners made up of senior staff members. The new ownership will leverage the company’s core talent of industry veterans to expand on its 43 years of expertise engineering innovative audiovisual solutions for the sports, live entertainment district, performing arts, corporate and transportation markets. The acquisition was effective March 1, 2019.

Pro Media has built its lasting reputation on problem solving – often taking on projects that were deemed impossible by others. They’ve achieved this level of success by applying creative, passionate attention to detail in high-end audio, video and multimedia integrations. The Pro Media legacy is steeped in live sound production where the most discerning standards for quality are required. This influence has extended across the business as the firm has diversified its offerings with IPTV, digital signage and enterprise network integration.
