KLH and PowerShades join Powerhouse Alliance at CEDIA
Pittsburgh, PA – The PowerHouse Alliance 11 distributor members are joined at CEDIA Expo by two new vendors, KLH and PowerShades, alongside over 20 vendors across security, networking, home control, audio, and other categories in the PowerHouse Alliance booth #2137. The full A2V line, PowerHouse’s exclusive house brand, will be on display as well, including new outdoor speakers and subwoofers, racks and mounts, HDMI cables, and more.
“Working in close partnership with our dealers and integrators across the country provides us with early insight into the most important products and categories,” said PowerHouse Alliance Executive Director Dennis Holzer. “Adding the product lines from KLH and PowerShades fill necessary demand for high-quality audio solutions and motorized shading – both of which are rapidly growing categories in our industry.”
The PowerHouse Alliance is now the exclusive U.S. distributor for KLH in the custom channel, making the award-winning, premium, high-performance speakers, subwoofers, custom install speakers, voice-enabled amplified keypads, music systems and headphones available to dealers nationwide. Debuting at CEDIA Expo in the PowerHouse Alliance booth and now available through distribution are the new Maxwell and Faraday series of in-wall, in-ceiling, and outdoor speakers along with their industry-first VX-1 Alexa voice-enabled amplified keypad. KLH speakers are purpose-built with premium components and engineered to solve the everyday challenges that the custom installer faces, such as poor phase coherency and dispersion.
“As a manufacturer, you need more than simply great products to be successful,” said KLH CEO David Kelley. “Having products available regionally for both local pick-up and next-day delivery — and by channel experts — is what is required to support today’s fast-paced custom installation business. With the PowerHouse Alliance’s 39 locations and our shared vision on how to better serve the needs of the integrator, we cannot imagine a better partner to support KLH in the CI channel.”
The extensive PowerShades line is also now available with nationwide distribution from the PowerHouse Alliance, including their hard-wired, battery, low or high-voltage, and industry-first PoE products. “With such a vast conglomerate of distributors, we see massive potential in the reach that the PowerHouse Alliance has, and are pleased to partner to provide their dealers with our window treatment options for any project,” said PowerShades Director of Sales and Marketing Ethan Turner.
In addition to products from the new vendors, dealers can see PowerHouse’s full line of A2V house brand products, including TV mounts, racks, certified premium high-speed HDMI cables, in-wall and in-ceiling speakers, and now subwoofers and outdoor speakers. A2V is available nationally and exclusively from PowerHouse Alliance distributor members, and all products feature multi-year warranties (varies by product), and PowerHouse’s A2V industry-leading rewards program, which gives dealers back 10% each quarter after a minimum of $500 in A2V product purchases from the previous quarter.
The A2V certified HDMI cables have been a top-selling item from the group, suiting a theater, one-room smart home, and entertainment installations, as well as in commercial projects. At CEDIA Expo, the PowerHouse Alliance welcomes DPL Labs President Jeff Boccaccio for a presentation, “Avoid the HDMI Bermuda Triangle”, which will include a hands-on demo. The presentation will take place on September 12 and 13 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. local time in the PowerHouse Alliance booth.
