Matt Scott began his morning at ISE 2020 in conversation with Christie Digital’s Miles Donovan, who explains why it is important to the company to showcase integrated solutions.
“We’ve been in this solutions game for many, many years now,” Donovan says. “And this the show of the year where we want to pull everything together and show our customers more than a product. We have a lot of products. Different displays, whether it’s a flat panel, LED projectors, but for us it is important about showing it in different applications.”
Scott and Donovan also discuss why it is important to show clients, rather than tell them about integrated solutions, how the partnership between Christie and its dealers function, and why case studies are a powerful tool.
“Customers want to feel that peace of mind and credibility that it has been done before,” Donovan says of case studies. “It is important to be able to show customers this is how we’ve done it in certain environments. This is what worked here. It might not be right for them, but we can share those stories.”
