Preparing for AVIXA’s Digital Art Challenge at ISE 2020

During Integrated Systems Europe 2020, we talk to Senior Director of International Marketing for AVIXA Lee Dodson about their Digital Art Challenge that culminates in 2021 when ISE heads to Barcelona. AVIXA is launching a contest for creative content devlopers within

“The idea is to focus in on the work that content devlopers do to activate AV systems,” Says Dodson, “They’re the storytellers, the ones who bring life to AV systems and ultimately they are what connects the message to the audience.”

The contest will be divided into four categories: Design students, design schools, freelance artists and design firms to compete. These winners will be declared in Barcelona at Integrated Systems Europe 2021. More information about AVIXA and the Digital Art Challenge can be found on their website.

Starting in 2004, Integrated Systems Europe has become one of the largest trade shows for the AV industry. Last year they welcomed over 1300 exhibitors and 81,000 attendees to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre. This four-day event has become the starting point for many incredible innovations for both the residential and commercial side of AV. Because of that, AVNation brings their team to walk the floor and cover as much exciting and interesting technology as we can allow, so that if you can’t make it to ISE or are swept up in the trade show minutiae, you can find out everything going on at the show.

AVNation is a news outlet made by and for audiovisual professionals. Every one of our panelists, writers, producers and hosts have worn a hat or several within the AV industry. It’s this unique experience that gives us a fresh look at the industry as a whole and allows us to engage with end users, technology managers, IT managers and AV integrators in a meaningful way. Everything that AVNation does in events like Integrated Systems Europe and InfoComm are in part made possible by our supporters and underwriters who provide financial support for AVNation.
