The company issued a statement citing the public health challenges presented by the coronavirus
Crestron has postponed its Masters programmers and designers event until fall 2020, citing the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
“The COVID-19 virus presents our personal and professional communities with a unique public health challenge. Over the last few weeks, we’ve been carefully watching the situation, the recommendations and the actions taken by both public and private entities,” the company said in an official statement released today.
“As a company built on innovation, and one that has always been committed to the success of our partner community, we understand the role Crestron Masters plays in professional development. After much deliberation and discussion we have decided to postpone Crestron Masters 2020 globally until the fall. We feel it is a necessary step to help safeguard the health of everyone involved and committed to Crestron Masters.
“We will be following up shortly with new dates and locations for Masters 2020.”
