CEDIA Expo Virtual will be taking place on September 15-17 entirely online. Today we talk with Executive Director of the PowerHouse Alliance Dennis Holzer about what they will be showcasing at their virtual booth during the show. Find out more of our coverage of CEDIA Expo Virtual by clicking right here. In 1989, CEDIA was founded by a group of professionals dedicated to innovating the then-fledling Audiovisual industry. It has since grown from being considered a hobby to one of the largest industries for manufacturers, distributors and integrators on both the commercial and residential side. What started as a show in Amelia Island, FL hosting 500 attendees has become one of the premier venues for showcasing up-and-coming technology for our industry. CEDIA Expo 2020 was scheduled to take place in person in Denver, CO on September 8-12. Since then the COVID-19 pandemic has caused many events including CEDIA to be postponed or cancelled. Instead, CEDIA has worked to bring the show’s experience online as part of CEDIA Expo Virtual taking place September 15-17. AVNation is a news outlet made by and for audiovisual professionals.
