The leading manufacturer of architectural audio Origin Acoustics announces a major acquisition of Ambisonic Systems. The Arizona-based manufacturer of performance luxury loudspeakers was founded in 2009 by industry aficionado Jeffery Coombs. The Ambisonic Systems factory will remain in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
“The opportunity to work with Jeff Coombs and his team as their global distributor was an eye-opener for how truly unique their products are. It opened the door for us to add Ambisonic Systems to our portfolio. Our leadership, sales teams, and dealers are elated,” CEO of Origin Acoustics Nick Berry said.
