As part of our continued coverage of InfoComm 2021, AVNation talks with Draper. Director of AV Sales and Marketing Randy Reece discusses the Foundation, Draper’s direct-view LED mounting solution.
Draper plans to launch the Foundation with different LED manufacturers, designing custom mounting solutions for different dvLED screens. Draper planned to showcase the product at InfoComm last year but was canceled due to the pandemic.
“We’ve been in this space about 4 or 5 years because we see it obviously as an up and coming area,” Reece said.
Draper also showcased the new battery-powered projector screen, the Acumen Recharge. The screen installs like a manual projector screen, however, what sets it apart is the lithium-ion batteries replacing the wires
