In Las Vegas, AVNation’s Rich Fregosa is on the InfoComm 2022 show floor with Nicole Corbin from Utelogy. Nicole is a Senior Director of Product Marketing, and she’s excited to be around coworkers again (some of them for the first time) at the show.

Utelogy considers itself an “old start-up.” Early on in the company’s history, they were focused on the control aspect of things. Since then, they’ve added monitoring, management, and analytics for the entire AV systems of their customers.

Nicole says that end users often don’t understand what they have in terms of technology—where and how it’s connected, whether they need new products and more.

Utelogy is 100% software-based and product agnostic. One of their newest products is called U-Automate, a room readiness testing solution. It was developed directly from customer feedback. Rather than physically turning things on, testing them, and fixing them over the span of several steps, this software fully automates that process into one step.

For more information on Utelogy’s business or products, visit their website here. You can also find them on social media, @utelogy.

More coverage of InfoComm 2022 is available now. Learn more about our conversations with the additional companies and integrators on the show floor here.
