In Las Vegas, AVNation’s Bradford Benn is back in the InfoComm 2022 studio with Gilbert Felix, a representative for ENCO Systems. ENCO is a software-based company, and they’re here at InfoComm to show off their technology for live events, houses of worship, and other corporate uses.

The most important innovation that they’re showing off is their automated closed captioning. It’s completely supported by AI and includes automatic speech recognition available to broadcast. They have the ability to do all processing locally. Users don’t have to log in or call a service—when they need it, it’s ready for them.

Out of the box, their accuracy is somewhere between 92% and 95%. Of course, the better and cleaner the audio, the better the accuracy.
