PPDS Set to Show ‘Transformational’ Philips Professional Displays and Solutions at InfoComm Southeast Asia 2022

PPDS confirms its participation at InfoComm Southeast Asia 2022 in Bangkok next month (November 2-4), with world-first product demonstrations also confirmed.

Further strengthening PPDS’ focus, ongoing expansion, and strategic growth ambitions in the Asian market – including in India, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam – PPDS’ global and local leadership teams will be present on the Philips booth (C10), joining 150 other AV/IT exhibitors, and 8,000-plus registered visitors, inside the International Trade and Exhibition Centre in the heart of the Thai capital.

Hailed by AVIXA as the world’s ‘epicenter’ for Pro AV business growth – the Asian market is forecast to reach more than $126 billion by 2025, the strongest on the planet** – PPDS will be showcasing its latest suite of Philips digital signage, professional TV and collaboration-inspired interactive display solutions, designed to bring transformational change and efficiency, together with visually impactful benefits to dedicated markets, including retail, hospitality and corporate.

The future of hospitality

Another not to miss opportunity for attendees to the show, on 3 November at 14:30, Rob Fowler, Sales Director APAC at PPDS, will be headlining the AVIXA seminar on the Future of the Digital Hotel Environment, sharing insights that will directly support this key industry in the Thai and SE Asian markets. Topics during this seminar will include digital AV options for reception and meeting rooms, as well as the latest trends and developments in hotel TV entertainment. PPDS this month reaffirmed its commitment to delivering a complete package of streaming options for in-room guest entertainment, which includes Netflix-ready functionality, with the ability to offer easy and secure access to guests’ own SVOD accounts, as well as Chromecast built-in, all on the Philips MediaSuite hospitality TV.

Widening opportunities Taking center stage for PPDS globally, visitors to InfoComm Southeast Asia will also be able to view and receive live hands-on demonstrations of a brand new ‘stretched’ 32:9 Philips digital signage display – launched into the marketplace for this event – bringing even more choice and creative possibilities to customers.

Julian Lim, APAC Sales VP at PPDS, commented: “Following our recent and highly successful participation at InfoComm India in September, we’re delighted to confirm our attendance at this year’s InfoComm Southeast Asia in Bangkok. Asia is a key focus for PPDS and a key component in our global strategy and growth ambitions.

“Visitors to our stand will be able to experience a wide and varied range of dedicated professional display solutions to bring true transformational change and advantages to dedicated markets. From our game-changing Philips MediaSuite hotel TV, which is the only hospitality TV to feature Chromecast built in™, digital menu boards, our unmissable digital signage solutions, plus our cloud-based control and management platform, Wave, the Philips booth is one you won’t want to miss. We look forward to seeing in booth C10.”
