SoundTube Now Eligible to Offer AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, and ANP Credits for Training

SoundTube Entertainment has announced that its popular “SoundTube 101” training program, also known as “Tubey Training”is now eligible for AVIXA Renewal Units (RUs). This means AV professionals can now earn up to 6 RUs in a single session, including credits for CTS, CTS-D, and ANP certifications. The hands-on training held at SoundTube’s Kansas City headquarters helps integrators boost both their technical skills and professional credentials.

SoundTube is also preparing to expand access to its training programs online with a new course, “Speaking Loudspeakers,” which will offer additional CTS or CTS-D credits through the AVIXA learning portal. This initiative highlights SoundTube’s ongoing commitment to professional development and to supporting AVIXA standards across the global AV industry.

SoundTube Entertainment^®, announced that one of its training programs is now officially eligible for AVIXA^® Renewal Units (RUs), providing integrators and AV professionals with a new pathway to maintain their Certified Technology Specialist (CTS^®)  and Certified Technology Specialist Designer™ (CTS-D^®) credentials.

At SoundTube’s Kansas City headquarters, participants in the SoundTube 101 (also known as “Tubey Training”) sessions can now earn:

• 3 CTS or 3 CTS-D RUs (depending on which credential applies)
• 3 ANP (AVIXA’s Audiovisual Network Professional training) RUs

This means attendees can walk away with up to 6 total Renewal Units in a single visit, supporting ongoing professional development across both technology and allied disciplines.

In addition, SoundTube will soon expand its training access online. A new course titled “Speaking Loudspeakers” will be hosted through the AVIXA portal, offering 1 CTS or 1 CTS-D RU upon completion. This portal-based credit is separate from SoundTube’s in-person or virtual warehouse sessions, making it easier for AV professionals worldwide to engage with SoundTube’s expertise.
